How often are you hearing His guidance? In a world full of busyness and distractions it is all too easy to lose touch with God. It is normal to say to yourself, "I'll pray about this later." But later never comes.
You end up doing life in your own strength, and exhausting yourself. The stress of trying to handle life is simply too much to bear. This stress level leads to problems on every level. Chronic stress leads to exhaustion and chronic illness physically. It leads to depression, resentment, bitterness and anger emotionally. It leads to thoughts that are counter-productive at best, and virulently destructive at worst. It leads to spiritual bankrupty.
Don't let this happen to you. Get the help and support you need to bring MORE GOD into your heart and into your life today!

“And my God will liberally supply your every need
according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:19
Stop trying to "figure out" life. Surrender to the guiding hand of the One who created you..
While we a surrounded by images that tell us more stuff will fulfill us, this is a lie.
Allow the Holy Spirit to fill your mind and your heart with His purpose for your life.

God has a plan for restoring Heaven on Earth. That plan is already under construction. You have a part to play in that plan. When you discover your part and begin to focus your heart and mind receiving the guidance of the Holy Spirit so that you can walk that path, you will know a joy that can't be surpassed by the other experiences of this world. You will know God's Best for your life!
Your identity as a child of God will edge out all the dysfunctional and destructive identities that circumstances may have implanted in the neural pathways of your brain.
Your experience of God's purpose will energize you, motivate you and inspire you to take daily effective action to accomplish all your Father sets before you.
As you learn to welcome and receive the Holy Spirit into your mind, and into your heart, your sense of spiritual power will expand and crowd out the feelings of helplessness, hopelessness, and powerlessness that are currently holding you back.

In John 8:32, Jesus tells us we will know the truth and the truth will set us free. God's word tells us who we are, why we are here, and what God has planned for our lives! It is up to us to receive His guidance and take action on his instruction.
God does not force us to choose wisely. In fact, He has specifically given us the freedom to make poor choices! Why? Because God is not looking for robots that are programmed a certain way.
Our God is a God of relationships! We are made in His image for a reason! He longs to connect with each and every one of us!
He is waiting for you! Don't make Him wait another day.

Research on Christian families reveals some disturbing realities.
Behind the smiling faces you see there is a darker side to many people's lives.
The Gitnux Mental Health Study discovered this alarming statistic. Depression is not God's intention for His children. Could it be these people are unable to hear God's voice?
Without the strong guiding hand of the Holy Spirit in their lives, this subset of Christians attempt to make their lives more manageable by self-medication.

My primary role as a Christian Life Coach is to identify areas where you need heart healing and create a safe and supportive space where you can come before the Holy Spirit and receive His Healing Grace.
HEART HEALING IS 100% SAFE AND EFFECTIVE
Heart healing is a process that is 100% activated by the Presence of the Holy Spirit. He knows what you need, no more and no less.
LACK OF FORGIVENESS IS THE PRIMARY CAUSE OF BLINDSPOTS
The anger and bitterness of old wounds will blind you to the leading of the Holy Spirit. These blindspots make it difficult to hear God's voice in these specific areas. You may even think you have fully forgiven those who have wounded you. But the Holy Spirit can see your heart as no human can. He is 100% reliable to guide you to the exact heart healing you need to open up fully to His power and His grace.

My work is my spiritual assignment from God. He has given me gifts and talents that make me ideally suited to this work. For this reason, my clients are very successful in deepening their relationship with the Holy Spirit and hearing God's voice.
While you and the Holy Spirit can do everything that needs doing without me, I have found that when the Holy Spirit guides someone to my work, they usually need some human support to break through the blindspots and strongholds that have clogged up the neural pathways in their brains.
Kristin, you stand in the vortex of your own intention, your surrendering is very clear and you have assisted me to join you, walking hand in hand. I don't know how to express the understanding that moves through me when I work with you and the Holy Spirit, and the energy that opens up within me. I hope you can feel the tingling truth in each of these syllables! Thank You!
There is glowing energy I received from our work with the Holy Spirit today. I only wish I could take a picture of my inner world and show you the joy, the inner sparks, as everything falls into place. I have these parts that are saying "Keep this close, remember this, this is so centering, so balancing, so helpful, so healthful and soothing! You and the Holy Spirit make a great team!

“There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out all fear.” - 1 John 4:18 (ESV)
Are You Ready to Unleash Your Inner Adventurer to Find New Love?
It's time to unleash your inner adventurer and break free from the confines of your comfort zone.
When the Holy Spirit was guiding me on my path to new love, I experienced a lot of discomforts. But some of the fear and doubt I experienced were because I was trying to find new love on my own.
Friend, this is a mistake! I know, because I made this mistake!!!!
The Holy Spirit did guide me to a dating site where I met my sweetheart.
But prior to that, I had been on a dating site that I “figured out” would be a good place to find love. I knew someone who had met her husband on this site, and I thought I would step out of my comfort zone and put my profile there.
Well, I met men. But they were not the right men. When we have more time I can tell you some horror stories!
Trust me! Stepping outside your comfort zone is important, but do it as the Holy Spirit guides you. Don’t step outside His best for you!
"Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established." - Proverbs 16:3 (ESV)
Do you have the courage to embrace the unknown?
When you use the heart-healing process you learned in the Widowed to Wedded Journey you learn to listen to the voice of the Holy Spirit. In this deep-listening mode, there is no telling what God may ask you to do. You can’t predict where He will ask you to go!
Venturing into the unknown can be intimidating but remember that God has promised to establish your plans when you commit them to Him.
By stepping outside your comfort zone, you open yourself up to a world of possibilities and pave the way for love to enter your life in ways you never imagined.
Discover New Horizons
As you listen to the Holy Spirit, He will reveal to you new horizons within yourself.
Maybe you have always had an interest in taking beautiful pictures, but you never would let yourself experiment with it.
Why not?
Many of us don’t want to be a beginner. I understand! It’s awkward to have to learn something new.
If you refuse to explore with Him, staying within the boundaries of your comfort zone limits your potential for growth and new experiences.
As King David reminds us in Psalms, "He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake" (Psalm 23:2-3, ESV).
If you have seeds of greatness in the area of photography you will find that taking pictures makes you happy. Maybe the first photos you take won’t win any awards.
Who cares? Just press the delete button and try again!
If God has planted seeds of a photographer in your heart, those seeds will bear fruit if you water the plant.
Trust in God's guidance and let Him lead you towards new horizons, where love and rejuvenation await.
Embrace the Joy of Risk
It is not easy to face the risk of giving your heart to someone new. As much as you may long for a special man, it may be difficult to allow yourself to be open to the risk of rejection or loss.
I still struggle with this. My beloved is 9 years older than I am. It is very likely I will outlive him. When I think about that, I feel myself shrinking back. I don’t want to have that kind of pain again.
But would I give up the joy of his company today? NO WAY!
Love often requires us to take risks and step outside our comfort zones. Remember the words of Jesus, "Take heart! I have overcome the world" (John 16:33, NIV).
Allow the Holy Spirit to help you find the courage within you to embrace the joy of risk, knowing that through Christ, you can conquer any obstacle and find that special love that surpasses all expectations.
Strive For Personal Growth
Stepping outside your comfort zone is a catalyst for personal growth. The Apostle Paul reminds us, "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come" (2 Corinthians 5:17, ESV).
This has certainly been true for me. I have never met anyone like my beloved. He is one of a kind. And to be totally honest, not every piece of him fits every piece of me. He has interests that I don’t share.
He has some opinions that I don’t agree with.
Sometimes these differences create conflict between us and we have to work things through.
But I am a better, stronger person for having known him. I think he would say the same.
I can see why God brought us together. But it isn’t always easy.
Embrace the transformative power of leaving your comfort zone. Allow yourself to become the best version of yourself. God’s best for you is a man who will be attracted to your newfound strength.
Enjoy the Thrill of Love
Love is an adventure, and adventures often require us to step outside our comfort zones.
As the Apostle John wrote, "There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear" (1 John 4:18, ESV).
Embrace the thrill of love by breaking free from the limitations of your comfort zone and let God’s perfect love for you cast out any lingering fear or doubt that you are more than worthy of finding love again.
When I was on that first dating site, looking for love in my own strength, I met several men. The first one seemed like a very nice man. We had texted, and then we talked on the phone. After a few phone calls I felt like I wanted to meet him.
We agreed to meet for coffee at a Starbucks.
By unleashing your inner adventurer and escaping the confines of your comfort zone, you open yourself up to a world of love and exhilaration.
Trust in God's guidance, embrace the unknown, and let the joy of risk and personal growth propel you towards extraordinary love connections. Remember, God is with you every step of the way, and as you embark on this journey, love awaits just beyond your comfort zone.
