Why discovering your wholeness is the key to manifesting the life of your dreams.
What if your deepest dreams and desires are the yellow brick road that life has set before you to help you actualize your full potential?
Would that inspire you to take action?
I know you have gone for it
and been disappointed.
I know you have reasons why you are holding your dreams at arm’s length
and maybe taking them out
and thinking about them once in a while
but then putting them back on the shelf
while you handle the business of living.
I get it.
I do that too.
But here’s the thing:
What if those dreams and desires are the yellow brick road you’ve been looking for?
What if all you really need to use that yellow brick road
and move forward toward the life of your dreams
is to tune into your wholeness?
Most of us live life backward.
It’s like trying to drive your car
through the rearview mirror.
Can you imagine how hard
it would be to get anywhere?
Can you imagine how many things
you would crash into along the way?
We look out into the world.
We see something we want that we don’t have.
Our inner self talk sounds something like this:
I want X.
I don’t have X.
I don’t know how to get X.
I can’t have X.
I’m not enough to get X.
I don’t have the right degree,
or I’m to short
or too tall
or to fat
or too thin.
I might as well go watch a movie.
Think I’ll microwave me some popcorn too.
No wonder you haven’t tapped into your true potential.
But you can change this.
You need to think better thoughts.
Here’s what a more empowered internal conversation sounds like:
I want X.
I don’t have X.
I can imagine having X.
Wow, that brings me so much joy
to see myself with X.
I’m seeing the vision clearly now.
It is so bright
I know I can have X.
I know I’m meant to have X.
I wonder how I might move closer to having X?
What would be the first step?
I feel inspired to go to Y.
I wonder who I might meet there
and what that might have to do with
me getting X?
I’ll do that today.
Another thought popped into my mind.
Mr/Ms ABC has X.
I wonder how he/she got X?
If Mr/Ms ABC can get X,
I know I can get it too.
I think I’ll ask him/her how he/she did that.
This is an internal conversation born of wholeness.
It is a recognition that we have all that we need
to create the life we want to live already within us.
Dr. Joe Dispenza has been studying the ability to
create from wholeness by measuring brain changes
in his students. This is one thing he says
about the power of wholeness:
I’ve learned that being whole is the perfect state of creation. I’ve seen this time and time again in witnessing true healings in people all over the world. They feel so complete that they no longer want, no longer feel lack, and no longer try to do it themselves. They let go, and to their amazement, something greater than they are responds — and they laugh at the simplicity of the process.”
― Joe Dispenza, You Are the Placebo: Making Your Mind Matter
Is this an exciting thought?
What if this whole adventure called life is meant to be joyous
and is designed to be a simple process.
Would you take time to learn it?
You can learn it.
A lot of what has to happen
is you have to let go of what you think
you know already.
Your current mindset,
your current belief systems,
your current world view
are clearly in your way.
Would you be able to access the courage
to admit there might be something
you didn’t know
that you didn’t know?
Could you admit that what you know is not getting you where you want to be?
Could you entertain the thought
that you are a powerful creator
that is powerfully creating the life you have?
And that when you understand
how to consciously use the power you have,
you are likely to consciously create results
more in line with what you deeply desire?
Here’s something “Dr. Joe,” as he is known to his students,
has to say about this:
“The latest research supports the notion that we have a natural ability to change the brain and body by thought alone, so that it looks biologically like some future event has already happened. Because you can make thought more real than anything else, you can change who you are from brain cell to gene, given the right understanding.”
― Joe Dispenza, Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself: How to Lose Your Mind and Create a New One
It’s exciting isn’t it?
Master your thoughts.
Master your world.
Think only LOVE.
Let your life become the miracle it was always intended to be.
One way to fully engage with notion
is to set an Impossible Goal.
I have some thoughts about how to do that
I want to share with you
as my gift to you. Absolutely free.
